Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of AgentBee hardware and software supplied by CyberSecAI Ltd ("we", "us"). By setting up or using an AgentBee device you agree to them.

2. The product

AgentBee is a hardware device that requires a human to approve high-risk AI actions. You buy the hardware; the firmware and software are licensed to you, not sold, for use with your own device. You may not copy, extract, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the firmware or software.

3. Your keys and no recovery

• Your signing key is generated inside the device and is non-extractable by design.
• We do not hold a copy of your key and cannot recover it. If you lose or damage the device, there is no recovery — you will need a new device.
• We recommend registering a backup device so a loss does not lock you out.

4. Security responsibility

AgentBee is a control you configure. You are responsible for which actions you gate and for keeping physical possession of your device. AgentBee reduces risk but cannot guarantee that no harm can ever occur.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use AgentBee unlawfully, to circumvent security controls of others, or in any way that breaches applicable law.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

Except for warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including UK consumer law), the product and software are provided "as is" without further warranty. We do not warrant that the product will prevent every unauthorised or harmful action.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your configuration, loss of your device, or actions you approved. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

AgentBee, its firmware, designs, and trademarks are owned by CyberSecAI Ltd. All rights reserved.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
